Stevez SBB.ch will not accept my valid Visa charge card. When I call Visa, they tell me that it is 3D Secure and otherwise no problems. When I use another Visa and Mastercard charge it also is not accepted by SBB.ch. Any solution?
Tafunge25 The SBB webshop is particularly picky when it comes to accepting credit cards online. One possible solution is to buy tickets once you are in Switzerland at a ticket machine. This however doesn’t allow you to buy the supersaver’s ticket and saver’s offers. An other alternative is to buy tickets via a reseller.
Krist If you just want to buy a Swiss Travel Pass or the Half Fare Card just go to www.swissrailways.com That is a reseller, but an official one, and the site is easier to navigate for tourists.
