hey i found this edge case where a connection was proposed based on current delays and the original arrival time was before the original departure time. in the list view of all connections the white bar that shows the timeline of changes did not display at all. see the picture, metro left at 12:22, bus 1 from gare was 8 minutes delayed or so and originally supposed to arrive at 12:21

Timetables for the Métro are indicative and I doubt that they are updated in real time in the SBB system. It is better to go to the station and wait for the next one. The “official” timetable is this one:

Hi Danhiel , thanks for your response. Sadly I’m not sure if you read my post, I didn’t say that any information was incorrect, it’s purely visual, about the missing white line as described above.

You’re right, I didn’t answer the question because I thought the error might be due to seraching a metro timetable. I’ve never seen it happen with trains. Anyway, this community isn’t the SBB customer service; you can report this issue here:

However, I fear it will be impossible to reproduce it. If it were to happen again, I think you should select the details to see what connection is offered and make a second screenshot.

Hi Danhiel, thank you for the clarification.

I will contact them, i wasn’t sure where to write to. It was supposed to be just a tiny bug report.

By the way I just recreated it right now! And it doesn’t matter if it’s the Metro or a Bus, it’s just the fact that the last connection was originally supposed to arrive 17:15, earlier than the departure of the first connection. And I claim this is why the white line isn’t drawn.
